Auditors

The auditors elected by the Annual General Meeting examine the company's accounting records, financial statements and administration. The Company shall have a minimum of one and a maximum of three auditors and they shall have a minimum of one and a maximum of three deputies. The term of office of the auditors begins from the General Meeting at which they were elected and end at the close of the next Annual General Meeting. At the Annual General Meeting 2012 the following auditors were elected:

Jari Härmälä (b. 1961)

Stockmann's regular auditor since 2007.

Henrik Holmbom (b. 1970)
M.Sc.(Econ.), Authorized Public Accountant.
